“WV Inmates Make Art to Fund Scholarships for Children in Foster Care”

This is an article by Charleston Gazette, written by Kate White, that talks about what some of our state’s  inmates are doing to help the community. The art created was part of an auction for “Giving Back with HeART” in the Culture Center in Charleston, WV. This was the third time that this event has been held. All money raised from the auction will go to giving scholarships to West Virginia foster children in college.
